College House at the Radian is a high-rise Upperclass Community that is part of the College House & Academic Services system from Fall 2023 through Spring 2026. Residents can choose from a variety of apartment-style room types from single to 4-bedroom apartments. College House at the Radian provides residents with a chance to grow as an upperclass student while remaining connected to the undergraduate on-campus community.

College House at the Radian boasts a variety of facilities, such as a printing center in the lobby and multiple study rooms. Residents have access to an outdoor dining terrace and courtyard. Like all our College Houses, there is 24/7 security and operating Information Center in the lobby of the building.
