Rates & Pricing
The College Houses have two room rates. For the 2022-2023, the room rates are as follows: All first-year student rooms have the same rate, which is $11,754. Our upperclass rooms have two room rates, $11,754 or $15,418, which vary depending on room type selected. During the selection process for our returning students, rooms rates will be indicated at the bottom of each available room during your timeslot.
Please note that room rates are reviewed each year by the University’s Board of Trustees and are confirmed after room selection concludes. Room rates that you will see during the process are based off of current academic year rates. Typically, room rates are increased approximately 3% to 4% each year.
Sansom Place West has four room rates, which vary depending on the room type selected. Sansom Place West (SPW) will close at the conclusion of the 2022-2023 academic year. To find housing near campus, check out Off Campus Services.

First-Year
First-year students are welcome to select their College House preferences from any of our First-Year or Four-Year College Houses. All rooms are $11,754 for the 2022 – 2023 academic year.
Living Options
Upperclass, Transfer & Exchange
Second-year, third-year, fourth-year, and transfer and exchange students are able to request housing from any of our Four-Year or Upperclass College Houses. Room rates vary depending on room type selected.
All rooms in W.E.B. Du Bois*, Gregory* (Van Pelt and Class of 1925), Stouffer (Stouffer only), Lauder, and Gutmann College House* are $11,754 for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Most rooms in Stouffer (Mayer)* are $11,754 for the 2022 – 2023 academic year, with the exception of the double apartments (2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen) which are $15,418 for the 2022 – 2023 academic year.
Room Types in Harnwell*, Harrison*, and Rodin* vary by building. Radian rooms will be at the higher room rate, which for the 2022-2023 academic year is $15,418.

LPS Undergraduate students are able to request housing in our graduate housing at Sansom Place. Room rates vary depending on room type.
Occupancy term is August 27, 2022 through May 10, 2023.

Graduate
Graduate students are able to apply for housing in Sansom Place. The occupancy term for the 2022-2023 academic year is August 27, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Room rates vary based on room type and are billed on a monthly basis. Rent is due in accordance with the schedule and policies set by the Office of Student Financial Services. Sansom Place West (SPW) will close at the conclusion of the 2022-2023 academic year. To find housing near campus, check out Off Campus Services.

**Graduate students renting an apartment for self and spouse/partner (see section eight of the Terms & Conditions for University Housing). Please note that the per occupant cost in a Graduate Plus Other room covers both student and one spouse/partner.
