Moving Info

Day of Move-In

Given our urban setting, variety of building styles, and number of students moving onto campus, our on-campus areas have different experiences arriving on campus. Click on your building below to find out more information about your specific move-in experience. Buildings are in alphabetical order, with Lower Quad encompassing Riepe and Ware and Upper Quad encompassing Fisher and Ware.

Getting Your Keys

Room and mailbox keys, and/or PennCard access will be issued to you when you move in at the beginning of occupancy. The acceptance of keys or updated PennCard access for your room constitutes a "move in" and should always accompany an official check in to the residential occupancy system at either an Info Center or other check in location. The acceptance of access constitutes taking of occupancy, even if the resident does not stay in the room or place belongings there.
