Summer Housing
Residential and Hospitality Services is pleased to offer housing in a furnished and air-conditioned residence hall for students who are taking Summer Session courses. Residents will have the ability to stay in single private apartments or multi-occupancy suites and will have a private or shared bedroom. Terms of occupancy coincide with summer session terms. Housing is also available for Penn and non-Penn students participating in research projects and internships. More information is available on the Hospitality Services Summer Housing website.

Summer housing will be available between May 23 and August 8, 2026.
By submitting an application you agree to abide by the terms set forth in the Summer Occupancy Agreement.
Housing and Lodging Options:
Summer housing will be available at the following rates:
Private Apartment (Penn Student Rate - $546.00 per week / External Student Rate - $610.00 per week) - Residents have their own private bedroom (with extra long twin bed), living room, kitchen (kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, 4 burner stovetop, and oven but does not include a microwave, pots and pans, plates or utensils) and private bathroom. Includes membership to Pottruck Fitness Center.
Private Bedroom w/ shared bath (Penn Student Rate - $437.00 per week / External Student Rate - $500.00 per week) - Residents have their own bedroom, but will share the living room, and bathroom areas with up to 3 other people. Kitchens are likely but not guaranteed. Includes membership to Pottruck Fitness Center
