Ware College House is the largest of the three First-Year Communities located within the historic Quadrangle. Featuring traditional dormitory-style living, students live in either singles, doubles, or triples with shared baths. At the center of the Quad, Ware is home to McClelland dining café with grab-and-go options and retail items available for breakfast, lunch, and late night. Program communities are open to all residents, and help shape the House’s identity and are a great way to connect and learn from fellow housemates. Surrounded by historical architecture, residents spend their time playing ping pong, air hockey, and board games, as well as venturing to explore the City together.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, Ware will be closed for renovations. For more information, click here.

What’s Included in Your Room
We believe one of the most important ways to feel at home is to make sure your room is equipped with everything you need. That means giving you a foundation, but also providing the space to make your room uniquely yours; a place to call home.

Going Above and Beyond

House Community
The Ware College House Family
Ware College House is the place where you will meet your first friends on campus, the place where you'll have some of the most fun you’ve ever had, the place where you’ll learn how to live on your own, and where you’ll learn about yourself. If you walk out of Ware the same person you were when you walked in, well...one of us is doing something wrong.
