After the completion of a long-term planning project to evaluate on and off-campus housing for graduate students, the University has awarded the Greystar Group, a global firm specializing in rental housing including the collegiate marketplace, with a contract to oversee the renovation and management of Sansom Place East (SPE) and create a new graduate housing on Penn's campus called the Accolade
