Here For You

Penn has many resources for students and their families. We encourage you to get to know our great colleagues throughout campus!

The thirteen College Houses bring together undergraduates, faculty, staff, and graduate students to form vibrant residential communities within the larger context of our renowned urban campus, right in the heart of historic Philadelphia.

As a division of the Provost’s Office, the mission of College Houses & Academic Services is to bring the academic life of the classroom into our living spaces.

The Division of Public Safety (DPS) comprises 180 personnel, 121 of which are sworn University of Pennsylvania Police Officers. The dedicated men and women of DPS are responsible for enhancing the quality of life, safety and security of our community.

Health and safety are vitally important to Penn Dining, so our goal remains the same-to serve healthy food, teach healthy habits and provide a safe space for our community of students and faculty.

The Office of Parent Outreach and Development/Penn Parents is the central resource for connecting undergraduate parents and families to the University. Through events, communications, volunteer opportunities and philanthropic engagement, the Penn Parents team is committed to building relationships and creating avenues for parents to feel informed, connected and be uniquely involved in the life of the University.

University Life supports undergraduate, graduate, and professional students as they engage in academic, artistic, civic, cultural, and pre-professional experiences. The division is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion for all members of the campus community. Offering robust activities,  comprehensive services, and highly personalized support, University Life helps Penn students reach their fullest potential.
